Its headquarter is situated at 48 rue du Gouverneur Général Eboué, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. C La Vigne, offers on its website at http://www.authentic-champagne-tour.com – guided wine tour in France : Champagne region and other French wine regions.
The present Terms and Conditions are valid from the 1st of November 2012 until further notice.
Users who have read and accept unconditionally, all the Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge this by ticking the box provided therefore may only order the Services of our Paris wine day tours. It is impossible for the User to complete the booking process without indicating their full acceptance in this way.
The Terms and Conditions may be modified without notice at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to orders for Services which have already been accepted by C La Vigne. It is therefore imperative that the User always refers to and accepts the Terms and Conditions when booking their tour, in particular to ensure they are fully aware of the provisions currently in force.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
At www.authentic-champagne-tour.com, we recognize that privacy of your personal information is important.
All of your personal information collected during the booking shall be processed by C La Vigne who respects the principles of the protection of privacy and confidentiality. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
All the photos in the website are for illustration purposes, we cannot promise you to see the same thing during the Paris wine day tours.
C La Vigne is a company specialized in Paris vineyard and wine tasting tours in Champagne region or other wine regions in France.
We reserve the right to change the details of the program based on availability of the wineries and when necessary we will substitute with a comparable program.
Included in Private Champagne Tours: Pick up and drop off at clients’ hotel or apartment in Paris, organization of the tour according to clients’ interest and accompanied by a licensed guide.
Not included in Private Champagne tours: entries to the wineries, lunch and clients’ own expenses.
C La Vigne will pick up its private tours clients from hotels located inside Paris’ municipality, nearby Disneyland, Reims or Epernay. The pick up time is around 7.30am depending on the clients’ hotel or apartment’s location and the Champagne tour program. Clients will receive an e-mail at least 1 week before the day trip to confirm their pick up time.
Clients must be on time and wait outside their hotel or apartment. In case of delay due to traffic jam, clients must not leave their hotel or apartment.
C La Vigne will drop off clients to the same location as the pick up. Dropping elsewhere should be requested in advance by e-mail.
Prices are based on Euro at the time of quoting. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Payment can be made by Paypal, Credit and Debit cards via Paypal webpage sent by us. C La Vigne does not charge a service fee for processing online payments for the deposit.
On the day of the private Champagne trip, cash and credit card are accepted.
All modification must be done directly to C La Vigne by phone or e-mail at least one week before the tour.
Any cancellation must be informed at least one week before the tour, otherwise we’ll charge clients 100% of the tour fee.
Deposit will not be refunded in any case.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Paris wine day tour when there are unforeseen circumstances and we’ll refund your deposit via Paypal.
We’ll charge clients 100% of the tour fee if they don’t show on the day of the Paris wine day tours without any notice in advance. Deposit is not refundable.
Refund of deposit is not possible in any case except we cancel the Paris wine day tours when there are unforeseen circumstances.
Future clients must check before booking if they will need a visa to stay in France. Clients who will do wine tasting during the wine tour in France, must be able to provide a document during the day tour, to prove that they are over 18 years old.
C La Vigne advises clients to care about their personal belongings. C La Vigne can’t be held responsible for any loss or damages.
In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The booking will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of C La Vigne.
C La Vigne can’t be held responsible to any damage caused by the client in the winery or cellar during the visits. C La Vigne doen’t take any responsibility, it’s the liability of the client to pay the damage to the concerning winery.
Clients should not pick any grapes and leaves and should respect the vines in general. During the visit in the cellar, clients should take care themselves as the floor could be slippery or some staircases could be quite steep. Clients should not touch anything without permission in the production area or wine cellar.
C La Vigne strongly recommends its clients to buy the adapted travel insurance policy before booking the France wine tours. Please note that we are not responsible for client’s sickness during or after the Paris wine tasting tour. We are also not responsible for any accident happened in the Champagne house visit.
